TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded between EN ORDRE and any person making a purchase on the brand’s website. EN ORDRE is a French brand specializing in everyday organization accessories. Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs and visuals displayed on the website are non-contractual and may show slight differences from the final product. EN ORDRE reserves the right to modify the products offered on the website at any time.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros (€). EN ORDRE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applied to the customer will be the one displayed at the time of order validation. Shipping fees are specified before payment confirmation.
Article 4 — Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes a contract concluded between the customer and EN ORDRE. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order. EN ORDRE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or payment issue.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured through the payment providers offered by Shopify. EN ORDRE does not store customers’ banking data at any time.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from France. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on business activity periods or the selected carrier. EN ORDRE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. Article 7 — Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in the event of our error or a defective product. After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days using the original payment method. For any return request: enordre.fr@gmail.com
Article 8 — Liability
EN ORDRE cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold. EN ORDRE’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, internet network disruptions, strikes, or events beyond its control.
Article 9 — Intellectual Property
All elements of the EN ORDRE website remain the exclusive property of the brand. Any reproduction or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 10 — Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
